There’s nothing like a handmade decoration for your Christmas tree. And to make it yourself, that’s so special. This is sewing workshop will help you get in the mood for a creative Christmas. These simple plush trees are ready to hang, or ready to gift.

You don’t need to be an expert sewer to produce brilliant results from this workshop. Beginners are welcome. You can handstitch, or if you feel confident with a sewing machine, whizz through the stitching.

Whilst we love to teach new skills in our workshops and offer inspiration to spark your own creative endeavours, it’s so important to meet new people and make new friends. Come along for two hours of creativity and chat. Refreshments will be served.

Your tutor is Isabella Hodge, sewing guru at MADE in East Lothian. She is an expert spinner and textile upcycler and has long experience in teaching sewing to adults and children.
