MIXED MEDIA TECHNIQUES
Join MADE’s Fiona Lambert for a two-hour introduction to mixed media techniques.
Fiona will show you the variety of tools and materials that can be used to create interesting marks and textures. You’ll create a variety of collage materials and use acrylic paint and other media in your own artwork.
Using a combination of different media, you have so many more ways to express yourself. Build up a background of different papers to work over with paint, or use line drawing with ink on top of decoupages. It is also interesting to use found objects in your work.
Mixed media is an expressive and experimental creative activity and did you know? We use these techniques on many of our upcycling projects.
All materials and tools are provided.
Refreshments are included, for when you need a little break. The workshop will be delivered following current COVID guidelines. Spaces are limited so early booking is advised. Suitable for adults. All abilities are welcome. It can get messy so please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on. Pinnies are provided.
