LEARN TO CROCHET – MINI BASKET
Join Ali Robinson to learn crochet skills to make your own mini baskets. You might know about Ali from her inspiring Instagram page, @doodlesinwool. She is an expert, a generous teacher and a real enthusiast for craftmaking, especially with yarn.
Using various stitches, learn how to increase in the round, how to finish off and embellish with surface crochet and buttons. Amigurimi is one of the increase methods you’ll be using, a method ideal for 3D items such as toys.
You can bring your own cotton yarn and crochet hook (4mm) or Ali will bring a selection of wools for you to choose from. Hooks available to borrow. Take away for a small donation.
Learn to Crochet skill level is Beginners. Suitable for Adults. Please note early start time of 10.30am.
Refreshments are included, for when you need a little break. The workshop will be delivered following current COVID guidelines. Spaces available limited to 4. Early booking is advised.
