WIRE WRAP SEA GLASS JEWELLERY
How many of us are beachcombers here? Sea glass is glass which has been smoothed and shined by the sea, these small chips of old bottles and jars seem to hold the wonder of the ocean in them.
Join MADE’s Emily Tough to explore how to capture them in wire to create interesting and meaningful jewellery or, perhaps, a sea glass mobile.
Use our sea glass or bring your own. Recommended walks for sea glass foraging is the beach at Prestonpans.
You’ll be provided with wire, jewellery pliers, beads to embellish your pieces, and cord for hanging them on.
Refreshments are included, for when you need a little break. The workshop will be delivered following current COVID guidelines. Spaces are limited so early booking is advised.
